Who we are

HYPE JERSEY is an online football-jersey store serving customers across India. This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit our website or place an order.

Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. If you create an account with a password, we store it in an encrypted (hashed) form — we never see or keep your actual password.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google so we can create or match your account. We do not receive your Google password.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider (see “Payments” below).

How we use your information

We use your information only to run the store: to process and deliver your orders, share order and tracking updates, respond to your support messages, handle replacements, and keep your account secure.

If you sign up to our mailing list, we use your email to send occasional updates about drops and restocks. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies & local storage

We use only essential cookies — small files that keep you signed in and keep the store working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We also use your browser’s local storage to remember the items in your cart. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, but some features (like staying signed in or keeping your cart) may stop working.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the trusted services that help us run the store: our payment provider (Razorpay) to take payment, our email provider (Brevo) to send order emails, our courier partners to deliver your order, and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google).

Each of these only receives the information they need to do their job, and we may also share information where required by law.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card, UPI, and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your rights
