Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
How to request a replacement
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Replacement requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Not eligible for replacement
Replacements are not applicable for size issues, incorrect size selection by the customer, or change of mind after purchase.
